Nate completed two inspections for me while I was searching for a home. He scheduled the inspections promptly, which is really important during this crazy seller’s market. I was able to quickly make a decision on whether or not to make an offer on the homes. He thoroughly inspected the homes and his reports were very clear. During the inspections he pointed out important facts, like a roof that would need replacement in the near future. I knew exactly what would need to be done if I purchased the home. After meeting with Nate and talking with him during the first inspection, I knew I wanted him to inspect the second home. I highly recommend this company!

We called Nate for an inspection at 7am the morning after we got an offer accepted on a home. We were trying to get a quick close and needed a quick inspection. He was able to help us out! Our appointment was at 11 am the same day but he arrived early and got right to work, walking us through everything we could possibly need to know. He was able to schedule the inspection within a few days of my request which was nice as I had a 5 day inspection addendum in my purchase and sale agreement. Nate did a through and complete inspection and the process was made easy being able to sign the paperwork online. Once the inspection was done I received a personalized link to the inspection report that I was able to download, print and save. It was easy to read with plenty of pictures and explanations and pointed out any area’s of concern.
